Clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals
KT HEALTH ERP is the program for reception, wards, laboratory, pharmacy, and billing. A patient is entered once. The same record follows the visit.
This page introduces the program. It does not open it.
Patient records remain on a computer in the hospital. Daily work does not depend on the internet.
Each person has a username. Reception, the ward, and accounts see only the work you allow.
Bills, prescriptions, and reports print with the hospital name at the top, ready to hand over.
Coverage
The language on the screen is the language of the hospital. Patient, appointment, bed, report, bill.
Register the patient, book the doctor, and see who is waiting. Doctor hours and same-day procedures sit with the front desk.
See which beds are free and who is admitted. A transfer is accepted by the receiving ward, so the bed list stays accurate.
Book a test, enter the result, and print the report. A value that needs prompt attention is marked clearly.
Dispense against a prescription and sell at the counter. Low stock and approaching expiry are shown in advance.
Prepare the bill for a visit or a stay. Record a payment, a deposit, or a refund. An insurer’s share can appear on the same bill, with GST figures for accounts.
Notes, reports, and previous bills remain with the patient. The next visit begins from the last one.
A visit
One visit moves from desk to desk. The patient’s name is entered once.
The patient is registered and the doctor is booked.
The same record is opened. A note is written, and a test or prescription is sent.
The report is printed. The prescribed medicines are dispensed.
The bill is already prepared. Payment is taken and a copy is printed.
Access
Access is set by the hospital. A busy front desk and the accounts desk do not share the same screen.
Appointments, registration, and payments when permitted.
The day’s list, clinical notes, tests, and prescriptions.
The ward, the bed, and the notes for the stay.
Tests, results, and printed reports.
Counter sales, prescriptions, and stock.
Bills, payments, refunds, and GST figures.
Occupancy, billing, and who is permitted to do what.
Premises
The program is placed on one computer in the building. Other desks open it in a browser on the same network. An interruption to the internet does not stop the day’s work.
Patients, bills, and reports are stored on that computer, inside the hospital.
Reception, the laboratory, and the ward can work at the same time, in the browser already on the desk.
Sign-in is individual. A receptionist can book a patient without opening accounts. A doctor can write a note without changing stock.
A clinic can begin with reception, laboratory, and pharmacy. Wards can be added when they are needed. A backup copy can be kept on another computer, so the records are not held in one place only.
Documents
The hospital name and address can appear at the top. The header can be omitted when a plain copy is required. Deposit receipts are included as well.
Charges for a visit or a stay, for the patient to carry.
The medicines written by the doctor.
Results, formatted and ready to print.
The record of the stay, when the patient leaves.
Pricing
Each module is ₹10,000. Turn a module on to include it. The estimate on the side changes as you choose.
Questions
No. Patients, bills, and reports are kept on a computer in the hospital. They are not waiting on a website.
Staff need to be comfortable typing, as on any billing screen. The words are the ones already used in the hospital: patient, appointment, bed, bill, report.
Yes. Reception and billing can be used first. Laboratory, pharmacy, wards, or physiotherapy can be added when that work is in place. A smaller clinic does not have to carry the screens of a large hospital.
Each module is ₹10,000. Choose the ones the hospital needs in the pricing section, and the estimate adds them up. A clinic that uses only part of the program pays for that part.
Yes. Reception, the laboratory, and the ward can all be signed in together, each from a computer on the hospital network.
The hospital decides. Each person has a separate username. Reception can register patients without opening accounts. Pharmacy sees stock. The owner can see the wider picture.
On a computer in the hospital. A backup copy can be saved as well, so the failure of one machine does not remove the records.
Bills, prescriptions, laboratory reports, discharge summaries, and deposit receipts. The hospital name can appear at the top.
No. This page only introduces it. To see the program with your own hospital in mind, speak with the person who looks after KT HEALTH ERP for you.
